
My name is Luciana, I started my business
selling Catupiry to a group of Brazilians in Sydney and shortly after that a
number of my customers started asking me to cook personalized Brazilian meals
on the weekly base. I started cooking for a small group and now I have more
than 40 customers of different nationalities buying my personalized meals on
the weekly basis. I also extended my services to parties, cooking Brazilian
finger food, one of the most popular item is the coxinha (potato balls with
chicken fillings).
We are now venturing to the markets and we will be bringing
to the markets around Sydney, West Suburbs and to the Blue Mountains the
genuine taste of Brazilian Regional food. We love our Brazilian BBQ however the
Brazilian cuisine in made of much more than that and that is our main objective.
Our
other pearl is the Brazilian Cheese Bread, the Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pao de
Queijo), is very popular because is gluten free and you can eat without
anything as it alone is very tasteful. Even knowing that without adding
anything our cheese bread is already fantastic, we decided not to stop there
and we add our catupiry as the picture a side, the other popular items are feta
cheese, ham and mozzarella as a savory option. For the more adventurous we
suggest the sweet options with our traditional Brazilian Guava Sweet (Goiabada)
or with our Doce de Leite that is similar to caramel but isn’t caramel
:)

Chicken, that’s where everything started at one night cooking to our family and
our children and nephews told me that I had to start selling Catupiry.
